Young person makes her own dyspraxia explainer video with the help of Fixers UK

Abi Hocking was 18 when, with the help of Fixers UK in 2013, she made this short animation about what it is like to be dyspraxic.

It is a nice and simple video to share with children in order to engage them in discussion about dyspraxic traits such as reduced spatial awareness and organisational abilities.

The simplicity of the video may encourage children they could produce something similar to share their own experiences (perhaps about the positive aspects of 'being wired' differently?) with their classmates, school community, and the world. (If they do, don't forget to let us know here at hello@yourstoriesmatter.org
